How the process of the ordering will be directed?
You can choose which packages you need. After you choose the package and a payment via paypal, then you will be automatically directed to the "page project information form"
and then we will contact you with the "preview of project"
What if I'm dissatisfied with the design ?
If you are dissatisfied with the design, you may request revision, by giving the idea that you have,
so we can find a suitable design.
How long will it take to design one eCover or Minisite?
Our turnaround time varies according to our schedule and the package that you've chosen. Usually for a small package, we need 4-5 days to finish it. The big packages usually take 8-9 days to finalize the design.
If you have a lot of changes or revisions, it will take longer than the standard turnaround time.
Which are your business days?
Our standard business days are Monday - Friday. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

Do I need to know HTML and Photoshop to edit my final design?
Yes you need to know basic HTML and Photoshop, to do the editing
How do you deliver the finished project?
We deliver the finished project via our own hosting, and you can simply download the files.
To reduce file sizes, we will use .zip file compression.
What kind of file formats will I get later ?
• The template will be delivered in HTML files.
• The images commonly will come in JPG, but if you have another request for formats,
we will provide it for you (for example .PNG for the transparent background).
I want to make a change for the minisite / eCover that has already been done.
Must I pay for it again?
No extra fee, as long as your request is easy, you can send us your request by email and we'll do it for free.
